Settings

Open Settings by selecting your profile picture in the top-right of the planner and choosing Profile & Settings.

Profile

Under Profile you can change your Name and Email. Your name is what teammates see on cards, comments and the members list.

Passkeys

A passkey lets you sign in with your face, fingerprint, device PIN or a security key instead of an emailed code. It’s quicker and phishing-resistant.

Adding a passkey

1. Go to Settings → Security.
2. Select the button to add a passkey.
3. Follow your browser’s prompt (for example Touch ID, Face ID or Windows Hello).

You’ll see Passkey added successfully. Next time, choose Continue with Passkey on the sign-in page.

You can add more than one passkey, for example one for your laptop and one for your phone.

Removing a passkey

Go to Settings → Security, find the passkey and remove it. You can add it again at any time.
