Labels and filters
Labels
Section titled “Labels”Labels are colour-coded tags you can add to tasks, such as bug, frontend or urgent. Each board has its own set.
Creating a label
Section titled “Creating a label”- Select Manage Labels in the toolbar.
- Under Create New Label, enter a Label Name and choose a colour.
- Add it. It appears under Existing Labels.
Adding labels to a task
Section titled “Adding labels to a task”Edit the task, open Labels (Select labels…), and tick the ones you want. A task can have any number of labels.
Deleting a label
Section titled “Deleting a label”Open Manage Labels and select the bin icon (Delete label) next to the label. It’s removed from every task that used it.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”Filters narrow down what you see on the board without changing anything for anyone else. Select Filters (Toggle Filters) in the toolbar to open the filter panel.

You can combine filters. For example, choose a member and a label to see one person’s bugs. Select Clear all filters to see everything again.
